Delivery & Shipping Information

Shipping:

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated after purchase. This is to ensure accurate rates, including the cost of any special packaging required to protect the artwork.

  1. After your purchase, we will contact you with the final shipping cost, and you will be required to complete the payment for shipping before we ship your order.

  2. We ship via USPS, UPS and offer standard or expedited shipping options. Please allow 10 business days for packaging and shipping after the shipping cost has been confirmed and paid.

• Pickup Option:

  • Local Pickup is available at Culture Queens at MEGA Park. You can select this option during checkout.

  • Pickup times: Will be coordinated after purchase.

  • Please bring your ID, confirmation email or receipt when picking up your order.

• On Exhibit Until September 30:

  • The artwork is currently on exhibit until September 30, and you can view it at Cultue Queens Gallery at MEGA Park, 705 W. Hamlet Ave, Hamlet, NC 28345 by APPOINTMENT or during Normal Operating Hours Friday - Sunday.

  • If you purchase the artwork while it’s still on exhibit, it will be available for pickup or shipment after the exhibit closes.

• Handling Time:

  • Please note that special handling and packaging may take up to 20 business days due to the nature of the artwork and protective measures to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing artwork, please contact us directly to explore options.
