Culture Queens
Royal Youth Mentorship Program
Empowering youth through arts, culture, and outdoor adventures to discover the leaders within. In Richmond County, too many of our youth are navigating life without consistent guidance, mentorship, or access to real-world opportunities.
They are full of potential—but potential isn’t enough.
They need consistent support, strong role models, and life-shaping experiences.
The Culture Queens Royal Youth Mentorship Program (CQRYMP) is our answer.
We serve youth ages 11–17 through:
• Biweekly mentorship sessions
• Creative expression through the arts
• Cultural education that builds pride
• Outdoor experiences that restore and inspire
We don’t offer babysitting or busywork.
We offer transformation.
